Taylor Gayle is a pop and soul singer-songwriter originally from Plano, Texas that now calls Nashville home. She has performed at some of the nation’s most popular venues, including New York City’s Apollo Theater, and Nashville’s Bluebird Café and Tin Pan South. Taylor has also received wide recognition for her songwriting, being a finalist in or winning numerous international songwriting competitions. Taylor’s hard work and talents even led to her becoming an artist representing the non-profits Notes for Notes and Boys and Girls Club of America, for which she has performed live for companies like Amazon, Lowe’s and Gibson Guitars as well as opening for Brad Paisley at the 2018 Boys and Girls Club Great Futures Gala, and Hunter Hayes at a Boys and Girls event. She also performed for Maddie & Tae and on stage with Roger Waters at Bridgestone Arena thanks to Notes for Notes. Taylor has new music being released in 2018.
Growing up in a largely non-musical family, in the farm-country of central Wisconsin, Brett stood out by developing a deep passion for music at a young age. He was singing as soon as he could talk, on the piano at age two, and playing guitar by ten. Brett stayed involved in everything musical and consistently positioned himself in front of any audience he could find and never failed to capture attention with his passion.
Shortly after high school, Brett moved to California where he worked as lead-engineer and producer for a commercial recording studio and production house, by day, and an acoustic, pop-music performer by night. After realizing the CA music scene was not the right place for him, he decided to take some time from the stage and explore some of his other passions. He moved to Colorado where he earned a Master’s Degree in Aerospace engineering, from the University of Colorado and worked as a spacecraft controller for NASA space missions. However upon completion of his schooling, Brett once again found himself face-to-face with the fact that he was never meant to do anything but bring music to the world. This realization resulted in a powerful return to music as one of few rocket scientists in the country genre.
Following a return to his roots in the country music genre, Brett found his way to Nashville, in the Spring of 2017, where he plays as both a solo and band-backed artist. Westgrove is currently writing and recording his first album for a summer 2018 release
Selftaught multitalented artist, Clay Shelburn, has performed on stage since the age of 13. Writing his first song at age 12, he categorizes his current original music as “funktry”: a fusion of funk, rock, blues and country. Garnering recent world-wide viral fame as the “Walmart Rockstar” in 2015, Clay works his way to his fans through his small independent operation. His “silly little video” not only conveys his deep passion for life and music, but also illustrates just how diligently he works at honing his craft to share with his fans. Clay and his team currently spend their time promoting and touring his first full-length album, “defined”,(released October 2015). Clay plans to spend much of 2017 touring/promoting within the US and UK with differing variations of his band: private and intimate acoustic shows all the way up to eight piece arrangements featuring a horn section. Clay’s first foray as a frontman, with his 2010 EP “Brokedown & Blue”, echoes his deep country roots. In between his two releases, Clay spent his time gaining attention as a lead guitarist for many Texas/National artists. He also spent time doing studio work on several different artist’s projects; during this exploration, Clay’s evolution of sound included trading in the fiddle and steel guitar for horns and creative percussive instruments like a slinky. As he travels in 2017 to his new fans, Clay has already begun penning his third release. He also is exploring musical avenues outside of stage performance. If he continues his trend of growth, his third crack at original music will continue to evolve as he does.
